Asalam Malikum everyone, I have a question for you guys and I hope you can answer it as soon as possible inshallah. I would like to know why in Arabic there are three different ways to say the year and what is their meaning? What do they represent? Are they the same? Why have 3 different expressions instead of 2 or 1? Here is how to say the year in 3 different ways سنة (Sanah), "سنوات" (sanawāt) and سنين (Sineen, Sinīn, Sinīna)

Anna Mirjana Zimitsch, I am curious to know when, how and why to use the word سَنَوَات (Sanawāt) and سِنِينَ (Sineen/Sinīn)?
