A Table of Hope: Iftar in Gaza

As the sun dips below the horizon in Gaza, families prepare to break their fast, holding onto faith through even the most difficult days. Ramadan is a time of reflection and unity, yet for many, the question of having enough food for iftar remains uncertain. In these moments, a shared meal becomes a powerful symbol of hope and togetherness.

Throughout the holy month, iftar meals are being distributed daily to families across Gaza, ensuring they can break their fast with dignity. Our teams work with care and urgency, delivering warm meals just in time for sunset. The sight of families gathering, sharing food, and offering prayers together reflects the resilience and strength of the community.

These daily iftars go beyond nourishment they bring comfort, restore dignity, and remind families that they are not alone. Even in hardship, the spirit of Ramadan shines through acts of kindness and compassion.

This effort is made possible by the Lily Jay Foundation, whose support allows us to provide daily iftar meals to families in Gaza.
