Gaza is facing a critical shortage of essential supplies, with infant nutrition among the most urgent needs. Many families have been unable to access baby formula, leaving newborns and young children at risk.
Parents across the region are struggling to feed their babies. Shelves are empty, and alternatives are limited. Infants have gone without proper nourishment, as caregivers search for any available means to keep them fed.
This week, shipments of baby formula reached several areas, providing immediate relief to families in need. Distribution centers saw long lines as parents waited to receive supplies for their children. As formula was handed out, mothers held their babies close, and for the first time in days, many were able to feed them properly. The arrival of these supplies brought visible relief, with infants finally receiving the nutrition they require.
This aid effort was made possible through the support and coordination of the Lily Jay Foundation, helping deliver critical baby formula to families facing urgent need.
