A new water well has been completed in Nepal, expanding access to clean and reliable water for local families as part of an ongoing water aid effort. For many households, daily life has long involved long walks to unsafe water sources and ongoing health risks. Children often miss school to help collect water, and families face preventable illness due to contaminated supplies. Access to clean water changes these realities.
This new well builds on previous efforts in the region, strengthening long-term access to safe water rather than offering one-time relief. With each new well, communities gain stability, improved health, and more time for education and work.
The construction of this well was made possible through the continued support of the Lily Jay Foundation, whose commitment has helped deliver lasting water solutions to communities in Nepal. Each new well represents more than infrastructure it represents dignity, safety, and hope flowing into everyday life.
