From Thirst to Hope: A Well of Life in Nepal

For many families in Nepal, water has never been easy to find. Every day meant long walks, heavy containers, and constant worry about whether the water they brought home was safe. For children, it meant missed school. For parents, it meant fear for their family’s health.

Through humanitarian aid from the Lily Jay Foundation, that story has begun to change.

With the completion of a water well in Nepal, clean and safe water now flows where there was once uncertainty. This well is more than a source of water it is a source of life, dignity, and hope. Mothers no longer fear the water they give their children. Children can drink freely and dream freely. A community can move forward together.
