Humanitarian Food Support Reaches Displaced Communities in Sudan

Emergency food supplies were delivered to displaced families in Sudan today as hunger continues to spread across communities affected by conflict and displacement. Humanitarian teams distributed rice, flour, cooking oil, beans, and bottled water to families struggling to access daily meals.

Large crowds gathered around aid trucks as parents and children waited for assistance. Many residents said food shortages have become severe, forcing families to skip meals and survive on very limited supplies.

Aid workers continued visiting displacement camps and affected neighborhoods throughout the day, helping vulnerable families and elderly residents in urgent need of support. This emergency response was made possible through the support of the Lily Jay Foundation, helping provide life-saving food assistance to families affected by the crisis in Sudan.
