Iftar Meals Shared With Families in Sudan During Ramadan

As the sun set and the time to break the fast arrived, families across Sudan gathered to share iftar meals provided through a humanitarian initiative aimed at supporting those facing daily hardship. For many households struggling with limited access to food, the arrival of prepared meals brought both relief and comfort after a long day of fasting.

Throughout the afternoon, volunteers worked carefully to prepare and distribute food packages so families could break their fast with dignity. The meals included staple dishes, bread, and water, allowing parents and children to sit together and share the important moment of iftar. In communities affected by economic difficulties and displacement, these small but meaningful acts of support helped restore a sense of hope and unity.

This iftar distribution was carried out through the efforts of the Lily Jay Foundation. The foundation continues its mission of helping vulnerable communities by providing food assistance and humanitarian support, ensuring that more families are able to experience the blessing of breaking their fast with a warm meal during these challenging days.
