The Water Crisis in Gaza
In the heart of Gaza, families are facing a devastating reality: clean water is no longer a guarantee of life, but a luxury. Decades of blockade, war, and destruction of infrastructure have left millions of Palestinians without access to safe drinking water.
Children wake up each morning not knowing if there will be a single drop of clean water for their families. Hospitals, already struggling under unbearable conditions, lack enough water to care for the sick, clean wounds, or even provide patients with a simple glass to drink.
According to humanitarian reports, more than 97% of Gaza’s water is unfit for human consumption. This forces families to drink contaminated water, leading to a rise in deadly waterborne diseases. Mothers walk long distances carrying small containers, praying it will be enough to keep their children alive.

Why Water Aid in Gaza Matters Now More Than Ever
Water is not a privilege. It is a basic human right. Yet in Gaza, people are denied this most essential need every single day. When we talk about hunger, malnutrition, and disease in Gaza, at the root of it all is the water crisis. Without clean water, children’s bodies weaken, hospitals collapse, and communities cannot survive.
We at The Lily Jay Foundation are stepping in to deliver water trucks and emergency relief. These efforts provide thousands of liters of clean water to hospitals, refugee camps, and neighborhoods where people are suffering the most. But the need is overwhelming, and every single drop counts.

A Call to Humanity
Imagine watching your child cry for water you cannot provide. Imagine being in a hospital where doctors cannot clean wounds because there is no water left. This is the daily reality for thousands of families in Gaza.
The world cannot remain silent while Gaza thirsts.
Together, we can turn despair into hope.
One truck at a time.
💧 Water is life. Gaza deserves to live.
