Ramadan Food Give Out for Children in a Sudan Camp During an Active War Zone

In Sudan’s ongoing conflict, many families and children are living in camps with limited access to food and basic necessities. The conditions remain extremely difficult, especially for children, as the country continues to face an active war zone.

As part of our efforts in Sudan, we carried out a Ramadan food give out at a camp for children. The distribution was organized to bring happiness to the children and create a party-like atmosphere as they prepared for the holy month of Ramadan. Food was shared, and the children were able to enjoy a moment of joy despite the surrounding hardship.

Providing food in a conflict area comes with many challenges, including safety and access, but reaching these children remained a priority. This food distribution was made possible through the support and coordination of the Lily Jay Foundation, who helped ensure the aid reached the camp.

This Ramadan food give out was aimed not only at addressing hunger, but also at uplifting the children’s spirits during a very difficult time. We are grateful to all those who supported this effort and helped bring relief to children living in Sudan during the ongoing crisis.
