Sharing Iftar, Spreading Hope Across Sudan

As the sun sets over Sudan during Ramadan, families come together to break their fast, holding onto faith through challenging circumstances. For many, the day ends with uncertainty about whether there will be enough food to share. In these moments, iftar becomes more than a meal it becomes a source of comfort, unity, and hope.

Every day throughout the holy month, we are distributing iftar meals to families across Sudan, ensuring they can break their fast with dignity. Our teams work tirelessly to prepare and deliver meals on time, reaching those who need support the most. The atmosphere at sunset is filled with gratitude, as communities gather, pray, and share in the blessing of food together.

These daily iftars are a reminder that compassion can make a real difference. They bring relief to struggling families, strengthen community bonds, and allow people to experience the true spirit of Ramadan despite the hardships they face.

This initiative is made possible by the Lily Jay Foundation, whose generosity helps provide daily iftar meals to families across Sudan.
