Lily Jays Brother Dies - His Dying Wish: To Help Palestine

This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to write.
Just 2 Days ago, my brother Ozzie passed away after a sudden and aggressive battle with cancer. He was a man of deep faith, kindness, and purpose. A revert to Islam who dedicated his life to helping others. Even in his final days, lying in a hospital bed, he never stopped thinking about the people of Palestine.
Before his Death we had one final video call. His last message to me still echoes in my heart:
“FREE PALESTINE. Lily, you are a legend. You’re moving mountains.”

Those were the last words he ever said to me.
He didn’t ask for anything for himself. His only wish was that I continue to help those suffering. especially the people of Gaza.
Ozzie’s story is a reminder that true faith isn’t measured by words, but by action. Even while fighting for his own life, his heart was with those who had nothing.
He listened to Qur’an constantly, repeating verses about patience and eternal life. He told me, “There is no death for the believer — only a return to Allah.”
When I look back at his journey: from helping build our orphanage in the Philippines to feeding families on the streets, I realize he lived every day with a mission: to give more, to help more, to serve more.
Now, it’s my mission to fulfill his final wish.

Through the Lily Jay Foundation, we are expanding our aid projects in Gaza in his memory. Delivering clean water, food, and essential supplies to families who have lost everything. Every meal we distribute, every child we feed, every drop of water that reaches Gaza — all of it is dedicated to Ozzie, and to everyone who continues to believe that compassion can move mountains.
He may be gone from this world, but his legacy lives on in every act of kindness we do.
May Allah accept his deeds, forgive his sins, and grant him the highest place in Jannah. And may we all continue the work he started, for Palestine, for humanity, for faith.
In loving memory of Ozzie.“To give more, help more, and never stop.”
